Where is the collective located?

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that life is unpredictable and plans can change. At Ritual Beauty Bar, you can cancel or reschedule your appointments at any time outside the 24 hour window (per our policy) without incurring any fees. We truly appreciate it if you inform us as soon as possible when changes arise, but completely understand if you are unable to do so. If within the 24 hour period, or you no show, you will be charged for 50% of your service and may be required to place a deposit before booking any further services. Our goal is to make self-care stress-free and flexible for everyone, so you can always book with confidence, but we do have to protect our staff and their livelihood. Thank you!

Do all professionals have the same booking policies?

Each professional is independent and maintains their own availability, client eligibility, pricing, deposits, and booking policies. You will see the applicable details on their booking site.
